These Terms and Conditions of Use, Conditions of Sale and Privacy Policy regulate the use of www.wolala.com, of which Wolala Spain, SLU, with Tax Id (NIF): B-55170732, and registered address at: Çatalunya 24, Postal Code: 17709. Locality of La Jonquera,in the Province of Girona, is the holder. Through its Wolala Spain SLU, hereinafter the website administrator provides information about its online products and arrangements, as well as the possibility of their acquisition. Due to the content and purpose of www.surania.com, people who want to benefit from its products must have the status of Users/Customers, which is acquired in the MY ACCOUNT section, by completing the Registration form.

 

1. INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCT

The descriptions of the articles shown at www.wolala.com are based on the product listings. At www.wolala.com, of which Wolala Spain SLU is the sales administrator, are all the accessories and small electronic appliances for the home.

2. PRICES

The prices of the products indicated through www.wolala.com include VAT on all their products.

3. AVAILABILITY

The website administrator will make every effort to resolve all queries and arrangements requested from all its Users/Customers as soon as possible in the demand for queries.

However, sometimes, and for reasons that are difficult for the website administrator to control, such as human errors or incidents in computer systems, it is possible that the speed at which the User/Customer is finally served may differ from the speed initially carried out by the website administrator to meet the User/Customer's requests.

In the event that the management is not available or could not be completed, after having placed the order, the User/Customer will be informed by email of the total cancellation of this. 6. ORDER PROCESSING

Once the order has been placed, i.e. with the acceptance of the conditions of use and the confirmation of the purchase process in the MY SHOPPING CART section, the website administrator will always send an email to the User/Customer confirming the details of the products purchased.

7. PLACE OF DELIVERY, DELIVERY TIMES AND LOSSES

The approximate delivery times are indicated in working days in the description of each product, although a delay in delivery will not be cause for penalty.

The website administrator will not be liable for any errors caused by delivery when the delivery address entered by the User/Customer, in the order form does not conform to reality or has been omitted.

 

Depending on the destination of the order, different shipping methods can be used, each method and destination has different delivery times which are specified in the order confirmation process.

7.1. DELIVERY DATA, DELIVERIES NOT MADE AND LOST PRODUCTS.

If at the time of delivery the User/Customer is absent, the carrier will leave a delivery note indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery.

If the delivery has not been arranged within 7 working days after the delivery of the order, the User/Customer must contact the website administrator.

7.2. DELIVERY METHODS (48/72 HOUR COURIER SERVICE)

Delivery time from 1 to 3 working days, to the address of the User/Customer from the moment the tracking number is received.

The courier service is carried out with follow-up control.

Shipments are valid for Spain (except Ceuta and Melilla).

7.3. DILIGENCE IN DELIVERY

The User/Customer must check the good condition of the order before the transport company which, carries out the delivery of the product requested on behalf of the website administrator, indicating any anomaly that may be detected in the order on the delivery note.

If later, after reviewing the documents, the User/Client detects any incident as an indication of having been manipulated or any damage caused to it by the sending, the User/Client undertakes to notify the website administrator via e-mail as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours and no later than 30 calendar days from the delivery.

8. RETURNS

8.1. RETURNS PROCEDURE

All products purchased on the administrator's website may be returned and refunded, provided that the User/Customer notifies the administrator (within a maximum of 30 days and provided all other conditions are met) of the product error and www.wolala.com undertakes to refund the product.
